- Advanced Polymers:- are those polymers being re-processed for certain advancement for the final product and for the purpose of reducing the cost in some cases. The advanced polymers includes flame retarding characteristics for certain applications that might cause fire, UV protection characteristics for some plastic products being exposed to sunlight, anti slipping agents for products where rough surface is needed, anti burning characteristics to avoid the risk of burning in the melting and processing extrudes, lubricating polymers for certain machinery for the purpose of increasing productivity, down gauging processing aid agents to reduce film thickness, and tens of other applications. Those can be made from all polymers ranges PP, PE, PS, and PVC.
- PVC Compound:- The PVC extrusion cannot be done with the powder resin. The powder resin must be mixed with additives, calcium carbonate fillers, and other advanced materials to help processing. There are tens of PVC compound formulas that can be produced according to the PVC product (e.g. Pipes, wires, sheets...).
- Masterbatches:- Is the famous coloring pigments for all plastic as well as other advanced additives for tens of mechanical properties enhancements. It is done with the technical assistance from three European experts in the field.
